Intelligent operational management through business rules and processes - Solutions for the financial, insurance and public sectors     (българска версия)

On 25th of November in Hilton Hotel Sofia, Musala Soft together with IBM Bulgaria organized a seminar for "Intelligent operational management through business rules and processes".

At the event were presented the newest concepts and software technologies for management of business process and decision making in real time, integration, event management, situational analysis and other topics in SOA. Special attention was paid to solutions for the financial, insurance and public sectors. Seminar's guests were predominantly representatives from mentioned industries.

Plamen Tsekov, Vice President of Musala Soft opened the seminar with brief company overview and moderated the final discussion. Alexander Madzhirov from IBM Bulgaria made presentation for "Business Processes and Rules: Smarter Management in Realtime" and demonstrated the practical execution of a process "micro crediting". After him Nikolay Mutafov, Project Manager in Musala Soft, shared successful company's projects in customs and tax sectors. Before the open discussion Tom Boonen from IBM Belgium described the advantages of ILOG as a business rule management system.

"Our guests evaluated the seminar and presentation's quality very high which motivates us to continue improving and keep focused. The audience was quite interested in the presented examples and practical cases. Invitees were able to see specific solutions, implemented successfully in companies and institutions that let to real improvements and better business results. This created a platform for having an active dialogue and for sharing experience." - stated Plamen Tsekov.
