On 8th October 2016 at the University of Architecture Construction and Geodesy, Sofia, the technology conference MUFFIN Conference 2016 was held. The event is organized by Musala Soft and includes hot topics in Innovation, IT trends, Processes, Soft Skill development. The conference brought together hundreds of software engineers and simply curious people.
The keynote was delivered by Svilen Georgiev, Product Manager, SOA and PLM Architect at T-Systems, who talked about the new challenges in PLM (Product lifecycle management) systems and their role in creating innovation; virtual and augmented reality (AR), Big Data, Cloud, Internet of Things. The lecture turned into an interesting discussion on challenges of technology and security.
Over 20 different topics were presented by the lecturers from Musala Soft in IT Software Development, Quality Assurance, DevOps, Soft Skills, UX, and Agile. Visitors attended the interesting demonstrations in the field of Smart Home, Mobile Development; discussions were held on the topic of branding strategies in the context of the digital revolution; presentation were conducted on the Atmosphere Framework – an open source project for easy and optimal testing of Android applications by Musala Soft.
During MUFFIN Conference 2016 our partners contributed to the comfort of the event and provided various attractive prizes for all attendees. The Grand Prize of the conference – a Carbon Racing Bicycle RAM XC Race, provided by DSK Bank and RAM Bikes – went to Mario Daskalov, a student of “Computer Science” at FMI, Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
