At the gala ceremony of the prestigious Forbes Business Awards 2017 last night, Musala Soft was honored in the “Employee of the Year” category. Kraicho Kraichev, Director Engineering at Musala Soft was acknowledged for his extraordinary contribution to the company growth and development, his impressive professional and personal features and achievements.
He is the most long-standing employee of Musala Soft besides the company founders. In the summer of 2017, we celebrated his 16th anniversary as part of the team. Kraicho is among the employees who have invaluable contribution for the expansion of the company and whose actions and decisions have been instrumental for the foundation of key new verticals in the company operations.
Throughout the years, Kraicho Kraichev has managed many different teams working on the large-scale projects of Musala Soft and has had a defining role for their success. He has proved to be an excellent team leader with his expertise and high professional qualification and also because of his specific set of valuable personal qualities and skills – the ability to take timely responsible decisions, take challenges, his creative approach combined with a rational judgement, the ability to inspire team members to do their best and to reach the best solutions in every situation. Kraicho in his own way manages to be at the same time a mentor, a great role model and to predispose his colleagues to open friendly communication.

In recent years, Musala Soft has won multiple Forbes Business Awards in the categories “Human resources development” (first place in 2011, 2013 and 2014), „Client policies“ (2012) and “Quality of services” (first place in 2014 ), etc.
Just before the official ceremony, Elena Marinova, President of Musala Soft took part in the discussion panel “The road to success”. “Important for success is to surround yourself with successful people and to he happy and inspired by their success“, she said during the forum.
