Musala Soft is a partner of and a participant in the ITO&BPO Forum Germany. The most significant outsourcing event in the DACH markets (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and one of the leading in Europe is taking place in Berlin on April 12th-13th, 2018.

At the forum, Stanislav Ovcharov, Chief Operating Officer of the company presented practical examples for achieving high added value and flexibility in nearshoring of business processes in the area of information technologies. „Innovation is usually not an expected output in nearshoring but provides great potential for increasing the value added”, he said during his speech at the conference. „The sharing of expertise and good practices among leading companies in the outsourcing sector – clients and suppliers of such services, is an extremely valuable opportunity for us to increase the quality of the software products we are developing and to receive meaningful feedback that gives us directions for future development and improvement”, added Stanislav Ovcharov.
