At the IBM Technology Conference – IBM Think were presented innovative technology projects, developed by a team of the software company Musala Soft. This year’s focus of the conference is Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the presented projects deploy the vast capabilities of the Watson supercomputer. Wаtѕоn was accessible only from the IBM cloud, now it is open to other cloud platforms.
The presented technology projects, developed by Musala Soft, build on Watson’s cognitive abilities, augmented reality and IBM Cloud. The team in the company is developing a third-generation 3D technical support application that allows optimization of the problem identification and problem-solving process, saving time, costs and minimizing the impact on business. The other IBM Watson Supply Chain Insights project uses Watson’s cognitive technology trained in the supply chain. The software product provides full visibility throughout the process and enables organizations to predict, evaluate and mitigate disturbances and risks in the supply chain, allow them to improve their operations and provide greater value to their business.
