Today Musala Soft celebrated the 3rd anniversary of the R&D center of the company in Ruse.
„For the past 3 years, we managed to build an excellent team in Ruse. Our specialists here work on some of the most interesting and challenging projects of Musala Soft. We are planning to speed up the expansion of our Ruse office and we will continue to succeed together”, said Elena Marinova, President of Musala Soft.
The company maintains stable annual revenue growth of over 25% and is on its way to reaching 1,000 employees by 2020. The team in Ruse is part of Musala Soft`s growth strategy with the most wanted specialists currently being Java and .Net developers and also QA specialists.
In the end of 2016, Musala Soft acquired the Ruse-based software development company Varbanov Soft thus adding more highly qualified members to its local team.
Musala Soft is thankful to the specialized mathematics high school “Baba Tonka” in the city and also to Ruse University “Angel Kanchev” – both educational institutions have great contribution to preparing skillful developers for the software industry in the city and the country in general.
In three years’ time, Musala Soft managed to build sustainable partnerships with the educational bodies and the IT community in Ruse, organized multiple own events and supported local happenings and initiatives. In the end of April 2018, there will be a conference of Musala Soft in Ruse.
