Our Skopje team gathered on March 1st at a workshop to learn how to make martenitsi.
Martenitsi, which resemble knit dolls, are traditionally worn on the first day of March in Bulgaria and other Balkan countries and given from people to their family and friends as a wish for health and prosperity.
