On October 17th, 2017 Musala Soft experts joined the conferences Technology4Business and Java2Days at Sofia Tech Park, and also the International Festival of Programming and Robotics Tech4Kids. All of these event were part of Global Tech Summit.
Elena Marinova, President at Musala Soft attended the opening at 9:30AM in John Atanasoff Forum at Sofia Tech Park.
The International Festival for Programming and Robotics Tech4Kids started at 10:30AM where Elena Marinova was accompanied by Kamen Kanchev, Software Engineer at Musala Soft. The two of them had a motivational talk with the kids who were enthusiastic about programming.
Also at 10:30Am, as part of Technolgy4Business conference, Delyan lilov, Founder and CEO at Musala Soft had a presentation about the impact of latest IT trends on how companies operate. Cloud, Mobile, Social, Internet of Things, Big Data, Augmented Intelligence – all these trends are transforming not only the field of IT but also the way we are doing business and the way we live. In his lecture, he also outlined the key elements of these trends and their effect on the existing and the new emerging business models. He put special accent on how companies are managing and developing their talents in the changed reality. The presentation also focused on what is the new normal and how the companies can unite corporate and private interest and develop them simultaneously, to succeed and satisfy everyone.
Later in the day, at 4:20PM in Hall 1 during the Java2Days Conference Petyo Dimitrov, Software Architect at Musala Soft in the filed of Enterprise Java with 10+ years of experience in working on various projects for international clients, had a presentation headlined “Enterprise Java Developer`s Survival Guide”. He shared his point of view and experience in solving any problems in that area. Among the topics he discussed were, for example, how to choose between popular Java frameworks, the pros and cons of the use of ORM, design of REST APIs, implementation considerations, etc. Some of the are specific to Java, while others are more general for the enterprise applications.
