Musala Soft’s initiative “International Musala T-shirt Day” was awarded in the category of Employer Branding Event. This innovative project has been held for three consecutive years and is a symbol of unity, creativity, and commitment among the employees in the organization.
Every year, a few weeks before the company’s birthday (April 1), employees are invited to take a photo with their favorite Musala T-shirt, upload the photo on social media, and tag Musala Soft. The same challenge is extended to the company’s external community through social media channels.
Each participant receives a T-shirt with the new design for the respective edition of International Musala T-shirt Day. The Musala Soft team creates a special video incorporating materials from the participants. This way, the company’s employees celebrate their birthday together, regardless of their location and their part in the Musala community – colleagues, former employees, members of national teams in exact sciences, academic partners, and friends.
