Musala Soft became a part of the charity campaign “Give food, give love”, organized by the students of the National Gymnasium of Natural Sciences and Mathematics “Academician Lyubomir Chakalov” in Sofia.
The company’s employees took the initiative to their hearts and bought some 250 kg of food supplies which will be delivered to senior citizens in the smaller villages in the Montana District.
The “Give food, give love” campaign has started a few months ago with the students already making three trips and helping about 250 people in need. The students are currently raising food at the National Gymnasium of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Sofia for their next charity trip.
“We are extremely thankful to all of the wonderful people at Musala Soft who took part in our campaign. We are now personally convinced in the magical nature of good deeds. No matter big or small, every kind word, a gesture of care, help and empathy give happiness – both to the one giving and the one receiving it”, said Vyara Ivanova, a student at the National Gymnasium of Natural Sciences and Mathematics and one of the people organizing the campaign.
Elena Marinova, president of Musala Soft, added: “The good deed is not a one-time deed, it is a way of life and attitude. Everyone possesses the power to make a positive change and “contaminate” the others with their personal example. At Musala we insist on team work, mutual help and kindness and we support those who think alike”.
