Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in strategic People & Culture planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in analyzing People & Culture data and generating actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong capacity to guide and coach people managers.
  • In-depth knowledge of People & Culture policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Ability to manage change and support organizational design initiatives.
  • Experience in leading teams will be considered as an advantage.
  • Good command of English language (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

As a key member of the company leadership team, you need relevant experience to fully understand the function’s strategies and challenges. This will enable you to support and contribute to its success effectively. You will be a trusted advisor, coaching and guiding all people managers, driving accountability and a high-performance culture across the organization. In close partnership with the People Managers and Global People functions your key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

Strategic People & Culture Planning

  • Collaborate with people leaders to develop and implement People & Culture strategies that align with the organization’s overall goals and objectives
  • Analyze workforce trends and data to provide insights and recommendations for improving talent management, retention, and succession planning

Organizational Design

  • Effectively lead the people implementation plan, including change management and communication, of any organizational or team structural changes
  • Support the onboarding within the organization, ensuring the new hires are set up to deliver

Employee Relations

  • Act as advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on People & Culture policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of People & Culture policies and practices throughout the organization

People & Culture Analytics & Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret People & Culture data to identify trends and provide insights to senior management.
  • Prepare regular reports on People & Culture metrics, including headcount, turnover, diversity, and other key performance indicators.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement of People & Culture practices
